#What is DevNotes?
DevNotes is a free collection of deep, interview-focused notes for backend developers. It covers Core Java, Collections, Java 8 and streams, exception handling, reflection, multithreading, design patterns, Spring Boot and SQL / MySQL β 245 chapters so far, with more topics on the way.
Every chapter explains the concept, shows runnable code with its real output, draws the important ideas as diagrams, points out common mistakes, and ends with interview-style practice and a quick revision summary.
#Who it is for
- Students and freshers preparing for campus placements and their first backend interviews.
- Working developers preparing for a switch, or revising fundamentals they use every day.
- Anyone who wants to understand why something works, not just memorize the answer.
#How the notes are made
The notes started as personal study notes and were expanded into full chapters. Content is researched against official documentation and real behaviour, and drafting and review tools β including AI writing assistants β are used to help expand and check the material. Every chapter is reviewed before publishing, and known mistakes in common tutorials are called out and corrected.
If you spot an error, please let us know β corrections are fixed quickly.
